What is JEE Main?
Joint Entrance Examination (Main) is conducted by NTA for admissions to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs and other engineering colleges. It is also a qualifying exam for JEE Advanced (IIT admissions).

- Paper 1: B.E./B.Tech
- Paper 2A: B.Arch
- Paper 2B: B.Planning
- 90 questions, 300 marks
- 3 hours duration
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
Eligibility
- Passed 12th with PCM
- Min 75% in 12th (65% for SC/ST)
- No age limit (removed from 2021)
- Max 3 attempts (Jan + Apr each year)
- AP/TS board students eligible
- NRI/OCI candidates also eligible
