Southern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited (APSPDCL) has officially released the recruitment notification on 25 June 2026 for 135 posts of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) across three disciplines — Electrical, Telecom, and Civil. APSPDCL serves 9 districts of southern Andhra Pradesh and is part of the Common Recruitment Examination conducted across all AP Power Utilities (APTRANSCO, APEPDCL, APCPDCL, APSPDCL & APGENCO). • Probation Period: 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years

Service Bond

• Selected candidates must work in field offices (rural/remote) for a minimum of 5 continuous years from date of appointment
• Must serve APSPDCL for a minimum of 5 years after probation (total 7-year bond)
• Leaving during probation: refund of emoluments + ₹5,00,000/-
• Leaving before completing 5 years post-probation: ₹10,00,000/- liquidated damages
• Original degree/community certificates must be deposited during bond period
